The iconic More Barn is featured prominently in my painting. Built by cattle rancher Martin “Chick” Yock in the 1920s, it was designed to store hay and became a symbol of the town in th3 1970s and is preserved as an historic building. Columbines and hot air balloons thrive here in the summer with the thermals. Artwork inspired by a collage of my own and stock photos. Artwork by Julie Leidel, 2015.
