This acrylic painting is part of my "Stained Glass Series." I start with a solid panel, then add a sculptural molding compound to create the effects of glass backgrounds. I want every part of my painting to have purpose and texture. I use acrylic and enamel paints. The warmth of a summer day inside The Martin House inspired this work.
