Constructed in 1864, the Tivoli Brewery in Denver was the first brewery built in Colorado and the second in the nation. Over the course of its complex history, the brewery changed hands multiple times until it was abandoned in 1969. The Tivoli Center tower now stands proudly as the center of the Auraria Campus that hosts three colleges in Denver, CO.
