- Cheesman Park
Cheesman Park, nestled in the heart of Denver, has an iconic pavilion that was built in 1910. George Kessler developed the grounds of Cheesman Pavilion, which was designed by architects Marean & Norton and occupies a prominent, elevated knoll on the east part of the park. I love this neighborhood because of the rich history of early American homes created in the 1880s - 1920s that boast of the rich Arts & crafts Moment history alive and well in Coloado. Every year, this park is home to the Cheesman Park Art Festival, which is one of the best art shows in the nation, and is the back door community to the Denver Botanic Gardens.
